What to tell my 3 yr old about her deceased grandma

I have a 3 year girl who is in a phase of asking “where’s my dad? Where’s your mom? Where’s your dad? Where’s daddy’s mom?” Etc.

My husband’s mom passed away just over a year ago. She LOVED our girl so much so we don’t want to discount that, but we don’t know what to say when she asks “where’s daddy’s mom?” She’s mostly saying it as another question to ask, not a genuine wondering where she is, but we aren’t exactly Christians so we don’t want to say “she’s in heaven” or “with Jesus” or anything like that.

Any advice is appreciated.
