Help! I passed this during my period what is it?

So I go my IUD 10 months ago kyleena when it was inserted for the first few months didn't feel it other than ofc my body adjusting to it lately my ovaries hurt I cough or sneeze gag anything it like tightens and it hurts which doesn't feel normal never had that feeling till recently I have had unprotected sex very easily I get utis or yeast infections I normally can identify those right away but this feels like neither it's been a week and a half but now I have yellow discharge and it's not like a normal yellow discharge
