Yeast infection? UTI? pls help

I started having mild burning when i pee and foggy pee, i assumed it was a UTI but couldn’t get into the doctor for 2 weeks. i haven’t gotten my results back yet if it is a UTI. In those 2 weeks i also started to experience itching around the vaginal opening. it wasn’t consistently happening, and i haven’t had noticeable discharge in 2 months. i got nexplanon put in and i have only been spotting for the past two months no discharge. i used a 3 day yeast infection treatment but nothing changed. does anyone have any ideas what this could be? i’ve only had one sexual partner and to my knowledge we are both clean.
