Lump inside labia majors

A couple days ago I felt discomfort like if I had an ingrown hair and I felt a bump along the inside of my right labia majora and the pain went away but the lump is still there the size hasn’t changed but now I’m getting a similar bump on my left labia majora. I have a doctors appointment Friday and I’m gonna bring it up but just wondering if anyone has had this problem before??
