Uti in 3 year old

Hi so my daughter is currently potty training & I notice she is always grabbing her private area I asked her what’s wrong she says it hurt then says it doesn’t. She is constantly saying she has to use the restroom (pee) but she will pee a lot then after pee nothing when she says she wants to go. Same with poop but seems like she try’s to hold it until she can’t anymore then will use the poopy in the toilet. I’m wondering if she could possibly have a uti from her grabbing herself?? She doesn’t complain it hurts all day. Even when I ask she will say yes or no sometimes. Last night she kept saying she had to use the pee pee but then wouldn’t maybe 1 time she did. And she still owes in her pamper sometimes. She drinks lots of water no soda sometimes juice but mostly water. And we never tell her to hold her pee In especially when we are out and can’t get to a near by bathroom we just tell her to go in her pamper knowing we can’t make it. Help I just want to know anyones experience with this??
