What am I doing wrong ?

So. I’m unable to figure out how to make myself feel good. I’ve never been able to make myself cum with my hand either. And whenever I have sex I’m only able to cum when I’m on top and kinda rubbing body tightly against his so my clit gets stimulated if that makes sense ?
