Postpartum pubic bone pain

Has anyone pubic bone hurt realllly bad postpartum? My son had shoulder dystocia so I’m wondering if that’s why my pubic bone hurts so damn bad still after 2 weeks postpartum. Also has anyone’s bladder not had a “full” sensation when they had to use the bathroom, I can use the bathroom fine and I’m not having any incontinence issues I just seem to not have that super full feeling of when I have to go. I mentioned this to my dr and he said it was normal I just don’t remember this with my first birth.
