8w 2d postpartum

Tl;dr- have an almost 2 month old and stressing that I may have another bun so soon.

I had my 1st pp period around a month ago. The apps I use say I should've started my period again yesterday. I did not. I have also been excessively moody(excessively may be an understatement) and exhausted but unable to sleep. I have spotted about 3 days at random this past month and had sex 2 or 3x, I haven't kept up tbh. He pulled out every time, though I know that's not 100%(and his dumb butt stuck it back in but he couldnt handle it so he took it back out fairly quickly). Anyway, I can't get to a store right now to get any tests since it's 3am and everything is closed. I guess I just needed to rant because if I am it's a huge wtf since it took 3 years to get pregnant with my 8week old. I also want to see if anyone went through anything similar and what their outcome was/is.
