Does this look like mosquito bite or something else

My 2 year old had this on his ankle and 2 on his arm. Not sure if it’s a mosquito bite and if this warrants a urgent care visit he’s extremely bothered by them the only reason I’m not sure is bc one on arm seems to have 2 puncture marks. Don’t think it’s bed bugs as he sleeps in our bed and we’re not bit

Looks like normal mosquito bites. He's been scratching them.

Poor babe the one on his ankle looks so painful 😞 if it were my id probably go the his pediatrician. They do look like some kind of bites, hopefully someone else will have more help!!

The only reason I think it could be a spider is that the bites have varying degerees of severity. With spiders the bite gets less severe as they continue to bite. If you see 2 puncture holes then that's gotta be it. I've been the only one bit in a similar situation.

Little has skeeter syndrome, my son is 2 and has the same thing ! Oatmeal baths, and cortisone cream and Tylenol . It's horrible they are to sensitive to the mosquito serum.  I've taken mine 3x to the drs. Oatmeal bath for 15 mins 2x a day worked wonders

Looks like an overreaction to mosquito bites, my son had that. BUT his ankle looks terrible and needs to be looked at.

Definitely mosquito bites. I use calendula cream on them. My oldest used to get them really bad like this around the same age.

The ankle one looks really odd and bad- not like a mosquito , it's yellow and white surrounded by a red rash clean border .... - definitely a doctor visit ! Any update on this since you first posted ??

I would say that your child is allergic to mosquitoes. Look up Skeeter syndrome my daughter too is allergic to mosquitoes and she gets giant welts just like this when she gets bit and they usually take a good two weeks sometimes even three to fully go down heal and go away
