18 weeks and feeling …
Meh.
I’m nauseous, fatigued, lightheaded and just bleh.
I was feeling fine-ish for weeks 15-17 and over the last couple of the days it just hit me. I don’t know if it’s the combination of heat and summer and baby, but man… I feel worthless.
This is my first pregnancy and I’m always wondering if things are “normal.” I try not to let me anxiety spiral, but man.. feeling gross catches up to ya. Any tips or tricks to tough it out? Or is rest and relaxation the best medicine?
