3 month old constipation?

It’s been about two weeks of my three month old have hard bowel movements that she cannot get out alone, once a day i have to make an enema of warm soapy water to help her push it out so she isn’t in pain. She cries most of the day, even waking up out of her sleep to try and push but she can’t get it out.

I have tried suppositories, apple juice, stool softener, just about everything I have even told and nothing helps. Her doctor recommended the suppository and it does not work, she will go a little, a dime sized amount maybe and it is brown liquid. We have not done anything that I know of that could have made her poop this way.
