Hi ladies!

Recently my NP ordered a blood test for me to check that everything was doing okay since my heart rate has been a little high

Today I received news that my cholesterol was a little high as well. Right now I’m 20. I’ve been going to the gym a few times a week this past June. But the week I had my blood test I was house sitting for a friend and her dad cooked 5 tomahawk steaks for me to eat throughout the week and her mom popped popcorn for me to eat throughout the week as well 😅

So maybe /that/ particular week might not have been the best to get a blood test

However, are there any snack foods/dinners y’all recommend that can help lower cholesterol?

So far I’ve read apples, oranges, lentils, oats, and fish can help

Edit: My LDL was apparently 110, I guess anything at or below 99 is ideal?
