How do you handle rejection?

It could be a wave to a stranger and them not waving back, asking someone out and getting a hard no, job interview you thought went right but you found out later went wrong. How do you deal with rejection?

Just move on. I’ve had to deal with a job interview rejection with my current employer twice now. It sucks but I get over it. I just think those positions weren’t ment for me.

I take it in stride and realize I’m not everyone’s cup of tea. That just means something better is waiting

I forget about it and move on. Don't perpetuate the negative thoughts and redirect your attention to the task at hand. Try to live in the current moment.
