Gynecologist help ASAP

So i am visiting the US for two months, and before I came, I got a biopsy, my vagina was really itchy and sensitive, I really thought that it was because of the biopsy. I arrived to the US and I saw that it was a “yeast infection” I treated it with monistat 3 days and later with the monistat 1. The bad odor and the itchiness went off, but I still had an abnormal discharge. I got my period last Saturday, it was over yesterday, but I still have the abnormal discharge and I am having bad odor again. I really can’t afford a doctor here, so do I use the monistat 7?

And what would happen if a stayed with this infection until I get to my country on august 15?
