How long did you stay in the hospital for after a planned c-section? What day/time did you get there and when we’re you released?

Had my c-section Thursday afternoon and went home Saturday evening. Could have done it a day later but we hilariously thought we’d get more rest at home. That was the most wrong we’ve ever been 😂

3 sections within 3 years. 2 emergency and one elective. I only stayed overnight and went home the next day. As long as I could pass water and a bowel movement then I could go home.

4 total days, 3 days after c section. C section was Monday, discharged on Friday morning. It’s my hospitals policy to keep c section mothers 3 days after surgery day

Had a planned c-section. Went in at 5:30 am on a Wednesday, discharged at 1:00 pm on Saturday. This was based on observations by the Dr.

I had my c section Friday morning and was discharged Monday afternoon. Originally we were to discharge on Sunday but my son needed more testing from an specialist that only could come on that Monday. My insurance paid for more days so I take the extra day to stay in hospital with my babe. So we could be discharged together.
