Any bleed in early pregnancy?

Hi all. I got 3 BFPs this morning including a digital but I have like a light period with red flow… I went to ER and they said my hcg is 3.5 but I’m only 3 weeks along period is due Saturday. I didn’t track ovulation this cycle to take a break so it may be just early. I just am terrified from the bleeding and I didn’t have this with my now 2.5 year old. Idk how my hcg was so low with positive urine tests and I don’t wanna give up yet or be crushed. Wondering if anyone had bleeding and low to start hcg? Pic is a digital from today…thanks in advance!
