Mindfully eat while pregnant

I am not trying to lose weight, but trying not to gain much other that necessary baby weight, with my first I let myself go and gained 60 lbs. I am 190 and 5’8. I want to eat better rather than my usually cereal and random snacks. Can you all share what you keep around to snack on or meal ideas that are nutrient rich/somewhat healthy? I am not a picky eater either! Thank you :)
