When do you feel your toddler lunch? Also nap schedule? Mine is 19 months

It's a hit or miss with my 19 month old. Sometimes she will eat and sometimes she won't. Goes for nap around 12:30 or so.

Same with our 15 month old.  Sometimes he just has a snack before nap and sometimes he has lunch.  Depends on what we’re doing that day and when he has his nap.  Early nap is only a snack before whereas later nap is lunch before.

At that age my son was waking up around 7/7:30am, breakfast, play, nap at 10:30/11 for a few hours, lunch, play, nap again around 3:30/4, snack, play, dinner, bedtime routine, sleep between 8:30/9. We had a later bedtime than I think a lot of people do but we just couldn’t adjust it to get him to bed any sooner with all the things we had going on.

Ours is after and he’s fine with it even though it makes lunch like 2-3 pm. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My kids are 5, 3, and 2. None of them nap now but it varied by kid. My oldest ate after his nap. My middle one is autistic and has sleep issues so his naps were never planned. He'd just sleep where he dropped but he usually would end up eating before and after because he had a great appetite. While my youngest had to always eat before his nap. He wouldn't nap unless he was pretty full.

We are going through some sort of sleep regression/ separation anxiety currently 😫😭
My girl is 19 months today.
We “typically” before this whole mess would wake up around 7am, nap around 11-11:30 she would sleep for like 2 hours. Then eat around 1:30-2
Now everything is all up in the air and we just go with the flow.

Definitely before nap. We have lunch around 12pm and she settles down for nap around 1pm (21m old).  Gotta have a full belly for nice long nap haha

Food is offered before nap. Eat or not, I don’t care. But we do food then nap.
