Postpartum hair loss

So this is my third pregnancy, and my postpartum hair loss has been terrible this time!! It literally comes out in clumps and is starting to appear very thin around the front and sides of my head :( I wanted to get my hair highlighted soon because it hasn’t been done in forever, but don’t know if it will make the postpartum hair loss worse or make my hair even thinner (as I know bleach is hard on hair) does anyone know if it’ll be ok to get it done? Or should I wait until the postpartum hair loss has ended?? Help!! I don’t want to end up with bald spots! Any hair dressers or people with any insight on this? Also, any suggestions to help postpartum hair loss?? TIA!!
