Is boyfriend saying this weird?

Okay so first off my boyfriend has bad anger issues, he likes to fight all the time so he says. But he has never hit me & I’ve never seen him fight besides old videos. We’ve gotten into arguments and he’ll go off (put a hole in the wall, one time he punched a tree, and some more things yelling included) yes that’s how angry he gets for disagreements… well lately he’s been saying things like “I see why you females get beat up, I see why men hit females, y’all make males want to hit yall” 🤢🤢 disgusting? Yes I know. But what makes this more crazier is he’ll say it randomly. Like we’ll be talking about something else and if I say something he finds a “smart comment” he’ll say that… now I’m getting concerned because this is mostly all he says when he’s mad, that and “now if I start swinging on people they gon press charges” but it be only me and him arguing 🫣 we live together btw.
