Boyfriend is adding the premium posting girls on snap chat

A few months ago while I was pregnant I just had a feeling and I went through my boyfriends phone and he had videos and pictures of different girls on his phone he told me he had saved them from the girls on snap that send that “buy my premium” shit and I could tell that it was a fake account but it still broke my heart because I haven’t felt the same about myself since I got pregnant I’m so insecure in how I look and finding that on his phone made it so much worse, he promised me he wouldn’t do it again and he apologized profusely and I believed him but just recently I was on his snap and I found multiple accounts that he had recently added of the same fucking shit. Im a month postpartum and I can barely look at myself in the mirror I have never felt so insecure in a relationship before.. I don’t know if I’m just being dramatic or if it’s something that I rightfully should be upset about. I also found that he has recently followed his ex on tik tok and she has caused past problems in our relationship and he knows how much I don’t like her from her disrespecting our relationship on numerous occasions I haven’t told him I know any of this yet, is this something worth bringing up to him or is it just me being dramatic:/
