Pain in butt crack 😳

I’m writing this anonymous as I’m extremely embarrassed. I’m 34w5d pregnant and basically the other day noticed slight discomfort in my butt crack (sorry for the impolite analogy but I can’t think of any other way to put it). I asked my partner to have a look and take a picture to show me as I was a nurses assistant just to have a look. I have a small spot at the very top but the pain is further down towards the anus. I’ve never experienced pain like this in my life it honestly feels so deep like a broken bone. I’ve been taking paracetamol to help with the pain and put a dressing on it and I cleaned it well but as the nights going on the pain is so excruciating and unbearable. I’ve literally been sitting in tears and don’t know what to do I’ve never felt anything like it. Does anyone have any idea what this could be or have you had a similar experience. I’m worried about calling the hospital incase they’re like it’s nothing major and not an emergency so didn’t know where else to turn. Please any help is really appreciated 😭😭😭😭
