Taking progesterone for painful periods?
Has anyone taken progesterone for painful periods and horrible symptoms? It’s 12 days each night after ovulation. Starting it tonight but kinda nervous. I opted for this over birth control since I was told I could still conceive in it. Did it help? Side effects?
