Ahhd as an adult
I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. I’m 37. My kids have it. I’ve always though that I’ve had it. I was embarrassed to to see someone about it because I thought they would think I’m just making all of this up. I’ve struggled my whole life with it. Do any of you take medicine? How does it make you feel?
