Could I be pregnant?

I have a 8m old baby and I’m breast feeding. Hubby and I got intimate about 2 weeks ago. He came and I got back on top after giving him head. It’s not the time of my period and I’m having brown spotting. My period came back 2 months ago. Full blown red 4+ day period. This month it’s brown and streaky no red blood in sight. It’ll be brown in the toilet as well. Super light flow but brown. I had pain in my ovaries a couple days ago when period was supposed to start. I feel all the emotions I get when I’m on my period. Pls tell me I’m over thinking. I wouldn’t mind having another baby but I thought breast feeding lowers the chances of pregnancy?
