Trying to read OPKs after a miscarriage

I miscarried July 8-14 at home at 6w and decided to use OPKs to help us get pregnant faster this next time. My doctor said not to expect ovulation for a couple more weeks after the MC, but isn’t this test is showing my LH surge only a week after my bleeding from the MC ended (CD14)?

Other than the positive opk, I haven’t experienced any other symptoms that I usually do with ovulation, such as increased libido, etc. I made the husband do his duty on CD14&15, just in case. 😝🤞
