Any ways to quickly get hCG to zero?

I had an ectopic pregnancy that resulted in emergency surgery and removal of my right Fallopian tube. I am desperate to get pregnant again and got the okay to try right away from my doctor. But I feel like my hCG is taking forever to drop down to zero this time. I have had 3 other miscarriages before and they all fell much more quickly. I know there are no “true” ways to get it to drop but has anyone heard any wives tales or anything? I’m willing to try whatever to get my cycle started again!!
