When did you introduce your SO to your friends/family and/or social media?

This was 15 years ago so MySpace times lmao but we moved in together within a few months so he met my family pretty quick since I had my own place on my families 5 acres. His family lived 4 hours away so we visited them shortly after that and that's when he asked me to be his girlfriend lol We got married 7 years later.

Met in August 2016 and introduced him to my family that November. In September my family were buying tickets to a Crowded House show on the Sydney Opera House forecourt and asked me how many tickets I wanted - we'd only been seeing each other a few weeks but I took a punt on two knowing I could bring a friend if things didn't go anywhere. The show was actually a great way to introduce everyone for a few reasons: (1) my family love Crowded House so we were all really excited and happy already; (2) the show meant there wasn't a high pressure for conversation; (3) after the show we instantly had things to talk about and connect on. I wouldn't change anything about it. It was such a great day - and every year when the photos pop up in our memories my mum calls it her anniversary with my partner 😂

I met my husband’s brother the same time I met him, but we met family and friends around the 2-3 month mark. We both don’t really post on social media though so we didn’t update anything there until a few months after we got married aha

My mom sort of set us up in a way. We were friends and he was going to school in another city and my mom invited him to our house for Easter because she doesn't like when ppl have to celebrate alone and I was in need of a friend. So she met him before we were a couple. I met his mother a month after we started dating?

I didn't have social media as it wasn't really a thing yet (makes me feel old to say) but I introduced him to my mom after a couple months. I really had no choice though because we were teenagers and if I wanted to see him I had to tell her and have her meet him. We were 16 when we started dating for reference. 😂 But honestly, it's up to you. Do it whenever you both feel comfortable.
