How do I compliment my bf?

I haven’t been dating him that long, like about a few months. I think he is sooo attractive, and very handsome. And he likes these compliments but not as much as he likes other compliments about how he looks. He’s a body builder, so he loves when I tell him he’s huge, big, manly looking etc. I just don’t know how to say that.

I do know that he told me one of the best compliments he got was when a girl at the bar came up and told him he looks super manly and tough. And that makes me not want to say that to him - is that dumb to think like that?? I can’t tell.

Any tips??? Or like I don’t even know when to compliment him. Randomly?

I’m so bad at this. I think things but I can never remember to say them. Or idk how to say them.

I want to compliment him more on his looks and stuff because he gets so happy when I do - he works hard to get bigger and stronger and honestly I do think he’s fricking jacked and I love it.

It’s just hard for me because I don’t care much for physical compliments on myself. Honestly one of the compliments I don’t mind is being told I’m jacked 😂😂 yes we are that annoying gym rat couple but whatever.

Anyway, I’d appreciate any tips on how to get out of my head and throw physical compliments at my bf or ideas of what to actually say. I’m not very good with my words when I speak to people
