New mom advice

Everyone OK I need some help I am about to be a mom in 22 days and I am very confused as to the next step paperwork wise.

When should I contact Social Security?

When should I contact my health insurance? I already told them that I was pregnant and asked about their policy relating to given birth in the hospital. 

When should I get health insurance for the baby? 

When should I get a pediatrician? 

How long after giving birth can I go outside or take the baby outside?

When should my breastmilk be coming in? I know I should ask my doctor this question but everybody’s different.

And is it true that washing a baby‘s clothes in the washer and dryer is bad for the baby’s skin? 

I would ask my mother this but we haven’t been on speaking terms for almost 3 months now and I am finally getting in a positive space about my pregnancy.
