Can I kick my children’s father out of his name is on the lease too but he won’t leave?..

We have three children. 4 years old, 1 year old and 1 month old. I am so fed up with his shit. I have put up with his lying and hiding for our entire relationship. He also treats my 4 year old like shit sometimes. He argues with her like he’s a sibling. I got pregnant the past two times while on birth control. I love my children and wouldn’t trade them for the world but I’d rather them live in a peaceful environment and see me happy instead of crying almost everyday.

Both of our names are on the lease. He won’t leave. I have no where to go and have made this house a wonderful home for the children and I. I want him OUT!

I’ve only been with him for our children but it’s not working out at all. I don’t love him he’s hurt me to many times with his lying.

How do I get him out?
