What is it??

Ok so I am 31 weeks pregnant. I had to get a cerclage put in at 13 weeks pregnant because I had my last baby at 24 weeks. I literally can’t tell if I am having contractions or gas pain??? Like they feel the exact same. This is what happened when I was pregnant with my last. I thought I was having gas pain. But like I don’t want to call a dr and waste their time. What should I do or what do you guys think it is? It’s on my left side right under my ribs. And every time it starts hurting my baby starts moving. So I’m just lost. Should I call my dr and ask? Or just wait and see??? I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to sound like I’m complaining.
