5w6d no fetal pole?

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy when 5w6d no fetal pole just gestational/ yolk sac ? is there still hope?I go back in a week but the doctor didn’t really say anything.?

Yep I was same way , went back at 7w4d and there was baby , now 23 weeks pregnant

Same case as mine. I was told to go back after 2 weeks to see if my pregnancy is viable.
