Blood in poop
My daughter is 2 months old and ebf. Today I noticed a red speck of blood in her poop- it’s very small but bottom leftish in the photo. She’s also recently has some VERY watery poops, diarrhea I guess but maybe 1 time a day 3 days in a row. Any ideas on what this is? She has a doctors appointment tomorrow but of course I’m using doctor google and driving myself crazy
