Nuvaring help??

My nuvaring is like always sticking out. Like I push and push but it won't go any further. It just sits where a tampon sits. I do the pinching and tampon applicator thing. Still in the same spot. Nothing works. I make it into an 8 then flip into a smaller o shape??

But I can always feel the rim of it. Like when I wipe.

Do I just have a shallow vagina or low cervix or something.

Is it fine that it sticks out a little?? Will it still work that way and not let me get pregnant??
