Could I use this in a custody case?
I could not get a restraining order involving the kids but my restraining order mentioned details of him being violent and having a violent attitude towards them. It got approved in 24 hours and he never filed anything to even protest it in the 2 weeks that he was able to.
He’s tried to choke me out, abused me while I was pregnant, told his family that he wanted me dead, has said that our kids crying makes him mad, has talked about hitting our son
