Veins

Does anyone have a lot of spider veins and varicose veins??? What have you done about them??? When I got pregnant with my first son 10 years ago I had one varicose vein. Over the years I have gotta more and spider veins. When I had my last son I started to get a lot more spider veins and varicose veins. They are all up and down my legs. I'm concerned because I'm 29 years old. I should I made a regular doctors appointment about it? My mom and my grandmother had them too when they were alive. I work on weekends so I am on my feet a lot on those days.
