should your s/o be your biggest hater?

I know the answer should be obvious but I have a boyfriend of 3 years and the past year especially I’ve always been having to watch what I say or post because of him. If I post, like, do or say the wrong thing he’ll get mad and not talk to me but I mainly barely post simply because of him. He will get me excited for plans and then be late getting ready to leave .He’ll do things that normal people would apologize for and he won’t apologize , he says some of the stuff I do on social media are “hoe activities” ( following back men) and everything of the sort . Yet he won’t leave me like I tell him and he won’t let me break up with him because I’ve tried but he’s just obsessive and confrontational. I don’t know if he loves me like he use to anymore. I know he once did. He said I messed that up because every month it’s something new I do. I’d never cheat but he swear I want male attention so bad on social media, when I just don’t feel like he should control every aspect of my life. I don’t know how to keep going , especially living with him on campus in college. I feel like suicide is the only way to get him to leave me alone. I love him but he won’t let me go..
