My ex broke up with me because his actions were telling me he doesn’t care about me and I wasn’t sure if that was true or not 
So I asked if he still does and if I’m wrong let me know.
As we did agree we’d talk about concerns either of us had
Instead of doing that he refuses to talk to me and blocked me everywhere 
But yet he has forgiven past exes for cheating giving them chances more then 3 times but the moment I’m like hey I have a concern and I could be wrong can we talk about it?? it’s forever over with?
Does this make sense???

It doesn’t always make sense. He broke up with you, he doesn’t want to be with you for whatever reason. He either forgave the cheating and worse from other girls because he was with them longer, was younger and more naive, or he wanted to make it work with them. Maybe you weren’t as great of a girlfriend as you thought you were and acted in ways he told himself he would never allow again. All you can do now is accept that it’s over and move on.

So you’re basically telling him how he feels about you then telling him to tell you that you’re wrong. You know that’s a bit crazy right?  Like for girl, complain about something REAL. Like what is the man doing?  He didn’t break up with you for the nutty reason you gave. He broke up with you because you’re being irrational and he probably doesn’t understand what you’re doing. 
Talking and discussing real issues is one thing; having someone accuse you of feeling a certain way is just weird. People aren’t going to be okay with you telling them why they’re behaving a certain way or with you telling them what they think/feel. 
Listen to how he tells you he feels and don’t tell him he’s lying about it. Dollars to donuts it’s why he walked away from you.
