Lochia or period?

I will be 4 weeks postpartum on Tuesday. My lochia had really tapered down. However, this morning, I peed and saw bright red. It was early so I didn't look for clots or anything. I am cramping and have a headache. Could it be my period? I only ask because I'm hyper vigilant due to having severe post party hemorrhaging in the hospital after birth.

I EBF and this is my third kiddo. With my other two, I got my period at 4 months and then 7 weeks.
