Health insurance?

Is there anyway to get health insurance by just doing it online? My husband was on the phone will someone trying to help him get health insurance and the guy forgot to mute his volume and started talking about my husbands income and how he cant afford anything. My husband was so upset and now feels judged and embarrassed.

My husbands income isnt all that but we do just fine.

Just wondering how we can apply online without going through all the quotes and calls? Every time we apply online, it says someone will call with a quote
