How to tell parents I’m pregnant again? I’m 23.

I’m 23 and married, I’m 12 weeks pregnant with my second baby, my first child is 2 years old, my parents insisted that they DO NOT want me to have anymore kids because I had a c-section with my first and they don’t want me to have anymore kids because chances of endometriosis after c-sections. 🤔 I don’t plan on telling them until I get my first ultrasound in a few days, how do I break the news to them.
