Pregnancy acne?

Has anyone else experienced pregnancy acne? I’m not even sure if this is what it is. It didn’t start to show up until around 10-12 week gestation(currently 23weeks) I’ve tried everything I switched my face wash to sensitive skin I’ve tried multiple different moisturizers and it’s like anytime I use a moisturizer the next morning I wake up with a flair up. I feel like I’m at a loss. my cheeks have gotten so dry because I’ve not been moisturizing but I’m terrified of trying something new and it not helping. Some days are different occasionally I’ll wake up and my face will look normal but really dry and then others it looks like what you see in the pictures. If you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it TIA!❤️❤️
