What can I do to help the pain

So I'm 24 weeks 1 day pregnant with my first baby a little boy! And the past few days my lower back, hips and hip joints and lower stomach (possibly my pelvis) have been hurting and overall just really really achy. I assume it's my body preparing for baby boy. It's just super achy and uncomfortable like my lower stomach feels like I'm on my period with the dull achy feeling along with the hip joint and back pain/ ach. Is there anything I can do to help alleviate the pain? I had a maternity belt on for a while but it stopped helping after a few hours. Idk if it matters that I am overweight/obese at 230lbs and 5'6". Given I haven't gained any weight since being pregnant as of yet. And my room is upstairs so I'm constantly going up and down stairs daily.
