Fever

My 8 months old baby had fever all over last week from Sunday to Thursday night! We did an urine test and culture urine and stool examination and there were nothing to worry about in the tests.

Today, Sunday i took his fever it was 38.1 i gave him tylenol. All over the day his fever started to go up at 11:30 it was 39.7 i gave him motrin and when I called the dr he told me we should wait 48 hours. I don’t know how to act and what to do! He has no symptoms, he’s only teething and I don’t know if there’s any relation between fever and teething
