Breastfeeding morning and night
For those of you who mainly breastfeed only in the morning and night, how do you keep your supply up? Do you still pump in between feeds? Now that my 9 month old is mostly sleeping through the night, i find my supply dropping and I'm facing the reality that i may not be able to continue breastfeeding until a year (my goal). I'm considering dropping the day feeds but id still like to breastfeed in the morning and before bed. Any advice?
