Diahrroea and teething

So it’s scientifically not proven. But do you think there is a link?

My boy has had loose nappies for a week and is cutting two middle teeth. He’s 12m and he’s even pooping in the night (hasn’t done this since 2/3m old).

I’m concerned it could be something else. He is totally fine in himself. Will try get a doctors appointment but so hard to get one here in the UK.

Another thought was if it’s possibly vitamin drops I’ve been giving. I’m going to stop and see if that helps.
