What is the silliest(dumbest) toddler thing your child has done to land you in the ER?

I’ll go first, tonight my 2 1/2 yo daughter decided to stick a Pom Pom up each nostril while my husband was cooking and I was changing her brothers diaper. She plays with these Pom poms all the time but tonight in the 3 minutes she was alone decided up her nose was a good place to shove them. I tried the mothers kiss and a nose frieda to get them out out but no luck, so a trip to the ER was how we spent our night, me sitting in the car nursing the 4 week old while my husband took her in, thankfully they were pretty much the only ones in there and they were in and out pretty quick. Hopefully she learned the lesson of not shoving stuff up her nose.
