Over night diapers ?

My baby is 3 months and he’s been sleeping 9-12 hours at night. His diaper has been over flowing and wetting his shirt. He’s freshly changed before he goes down ofc. But any recommendations?

His diaper size! When I started having that issue with my March baby girl, we went up a size and it stopped. She slept through the night at 3 months so there's no way I was going to wake her. Hope this helps

You could try sizing up for overnight or changing during the night. My girl wasn't sleeping through the night at that age so I didn't have this problem until later
