Should I wait to give my neighbor a baby gift until her baby is born?

I recently had new neighbors move in next door and the woman is pregnant. I met them and found out she's having a girl. (I have a 2 year old daughter so I thought that was exciting!) I got a couple of baby outfits as a little gift for the baby just to be friendly, only I'm not sure if I should give them to her now or wait until the baby is born (she said she was due in November). I have social anxiety so it's not easy for me to go over and ring the doorbell, but I still want to give her the gift.

I'm not sure if it's rude or bad luck somehow to give it to her before the baby is born. I am just very socially awkward and wanted to know what other people think! Thank you, I appreciate your help!
